Please note consultations are complimentary!
As a courtesy to our providers, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and a minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule in order to retain your deposit. Please note, a no show will result in a $100 fee.
As a courtesy to all of our clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience so we may try to accommodate you.
Please be advised that guests and children are NOT allowed in treatment room.
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Care Credit option.

All purchases of treatment packages, promotional offers, and prepaid treatments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to any unused portion of a treatment package.
Refunds or credits may be issued only in the following circumstances:
Medical Contraindication: If a licensed healthcare provider determines that a patient is medically unable to receive the treatment due to contraindications or health conditions.
Provider Error or Medical Issue: If there is an error in the treatment provided, or if a medical complication arises directly from the treatment administered.
In such cases, a refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of management, following review and verification of the circumstances.
All treatment packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. After this period, unused treatments will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
No-shows or missed appointments will result in a forfeited session without the possibility of a refund.
